Training Schedule
The training sessions are designed to enhance skills and promote teamwork among participants aged 5-14. Sessions are held every Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM at the local sports complex. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and check in with your coach.
Each session will focus on different skills, including running, teamwork drills, and basic game strategies. Participants are encouraged to bring water and wear appropriate athletic gear.
